The manual can be accessed on written request to our Information Officer.

All information is processed in accordance with lawful and minimal processing principles under POPIA.

8. How to Make a PAIA Request
To access any information held by us, please complete the prescribed Form C (as per the PAIA Regulations) and submit it to our Information Officer using the contact details provided in Section 2. We will respond within the prescribed timeframe of 30 calendar days.
9. ECTA Compliance
In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) 25 of 2002:
• All electronic communications from LexNova are confidential and intended solely for the addressed recipient.
• No binding contract shall be concluded between LexNova and any party by means of electronic communication unless expressly stated in a separate formal agreement.

10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice as required by law or internal changes. Any updates will be posted on the Platform with the revised effective date.
